PAYROLL SPECIALIST
HOURS:
POSITION SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for processing full-cycle exempt and non-exempt payrolls in a high-volume environment. This team-oriented role works closely with peers and HR partners to audit, prepare, and process both regular and supplemental payrolls to ensure associates are paid in an accurate and timely manner. Successful candidates will have subject matter expertise in payroll compliance and general principles of payroll accounting knowledge. This position is proficient in Microsoft Office products.
This position will also serve as cross-coverage for financial analyst responsibilities; including but not limited to, labor productivity system maintenance and tax return preparation for the Health System.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business with a major in Accounting/Finance or Healthcare.
Required length of experience:
Minimum three (3) years payroll specific experience. ADP experience a plus.
