The Content Management Supervisor provides strategic leadership for the enterprise content and records management program, driving initiatives that enhance governance, standardization, and digital transformation. This role is accountable for shaping and executing a forward-looking content strategy that ensures compliance, safeguards data integrity, and maximizes the effectiveness of content management systems. The position also reinforces enterprise-wide governance practices to support consistency, risk mitigation, and operational efficiency.
POSITION DIMENSIONS
Directly leads and develops a team of up to five professionals, driving performance and influencing cross-functional outcomes beyond direct reporting lines. Manages a budget of up to $2M, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and capital investment objectives. Collaborates with Supervisors, Managers, and Directors across corporate and divisional operations to execute key initiatives and optimize business performance. Serves as a primary liaison to regulatory agencies, industry partners, and external stakeholders, ensuring compliance and fostering strong external relationships.
QUALIFICATIONS
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of five (5) years of relevant work experience, with a strong emphasis on content and records management. A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is preferred. Prior supervisory or team leadership experience is required, along with demonstrated proficiency in professional writing, including letters, reports, and business communications. Candidates should have a working knowledge of content management practices, records retention policies and procedures, and applicable federal and state regulations. The role requires advanced technical proficiency, including experience with databases, enterprise systems, and standard business applications. The successful candidate must demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively adapt messaging to a variety of audiences. Proven facilitation skills are essential, including the ability to lead meetings, guide group discussions, and achieve desired outcomes. Additionally, the candidate should possess strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to interpret data; develop clear, concise reports and spreadsheets; and create actionable plans and executive-level summaries. The ideal candidate is highly organized, action-oriented, and able to follow through on feedback to ensure successful outcomes and continuous improvement.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and lead the enterprise content and records management strategy, including lifecycle governance, retention, disposition, and regulatory compliance.
• Align content management and records practices with corporate strategy, digital transformation objectives, and regulatory requirements.
• Partner with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to drive technology adoption, including system enhancements and upgrades and optimization initiatives.
• Define and implement KPIs, reporting and performance metrics to enable data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Manage and advance enterprise content management (ECM) programs, including oversight of records management vendors and service contracts.
• Establish and enforce governance frameworks to ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, privacy, and information security requirements.
• Collaborate with Legal and Compliance to mitigate risk, ensure audit readiness and manage regulatory obligations.
• Lead the development and oversight of classification structures, metadata standards, and records retention and disposition schedules.
• Monitor evolving regulatory requirements and update policies and procedures, and standards to ensure ongoing compliance.
• Lead enterprise change management initiatives, including communication strategies, stakeholder engagement, and adoption planning.
• Implement and enforce standards for operational efficiency, data security, and system reliability.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in records and information governance; represent the organization in audits and industry engagements.
• Act as a primary liaison with regulatory agencies, industry associations, and internal compliance teams.
• Analyze operational data and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities and recommend solutions.
• Conduct operational reviews, including efficiency assessments and cost-benefit analyses, to optimize program performance.
• Develop and maintain reporting systems for key metrics.
• Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for content and records management practices.
• Lead training initiatives and promote best practices to ensure compliance and consistency across the organization.
• Conduct program and operational reviews, including efficiency assessments and cost-benefit analyses, to optimize performance and resource utilization.
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.

SALARY DETAILS
Las Vegas: $84,585 - $122,684
