**Responsibilities:**
- follow the treatment plans set by the Physical Therapist
- Provide hands-on therapy and exercises to promote physical recovery
- Educate patients and their families on at-home exercises and self-care techniques
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Communicate well with the RN, PT, ST, and OT respectively
- State licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant
- Experience in hospital medicine, geriatrics, acute care, and orthopedics preferred
- Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology
- Excellent patient care and communication skills
