As a Lead Residential Service Technician, you start your day in your take-home vehicle, driving to homes across Lee and Collier Counties. Your role? Evaluate residential electrical systems with precision and expertise, offering customers tailored solutions that meet their needs. Whether upgrading systems or performing repairs, you take pride in delivering top-notch service. Each day, you're the face of Southwest Florida Electric, building trust and turning challenges into opportunities-all while growing in your career.
This full-time role is based in Fort Myers, FL, serving homes throughout Lee and Collier Counties. Work Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with weekends off to recharge and enjoy life in sunny Southwest Florida!
Must-haves:
- Valid driver's license
- 5 years of residential electrical experience
- Must be able to understand and speak English fluently
- Customer face-to-face experiences
