What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Manager position at Southwest Event Rental?
Warehouse Manager
Southwest Event Rental | Full-Time
COMPANY OVERVIEW
Southwest Event Rental is Arizona's premier luxury event rental company, specializing in high-quality furniture and décor for corporate and social events. We are a fast-paced, creative team that values collaboration, reliability, and exceptional service while bringing memorable event experiences to life.
Our team is guided by five core values, and we are looking for someone who not only understands them, but actively lives by them:
• Excellence: Deliver the highest standard in everything we do
• Integrity: Do the right thing, always
• Teamwork: Win together, support each other
• Passion: Take pride in the work and care about the details
• Dependability: Show up, follow through, be counted on
THE ROLE
Our Warehouse Manager is a vital operational leader responsible for the precise care, meticulous organization, and flawless preparation of our inventory. This role demands a unique blend of logistical expertise, a keen eye for quality and detail, and a commitment to upholding the Southwest Event Rental standard of beautifully curated and cared-for pieces.
OUR CORE VALUES IN ACTION
Excellence: Set the bar high for every order that leaves our facility. Every piece should be clean, polished, and rental-ready — because our clients expect nothing less than perfect.
Integrity: Champion ethical standards in inventory management, safety protocols, and team fairness. Ensure all operational decisions reflect responsible stewardship of company assets.
Teamwork: Work seamlessly with the Sales, Operations, and Logistics teams to anticipate needs, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a unified approach to client satisfaction. You are a partner in the process, not a silo.
Passion: Approach every piece of inventory with care and respect, understanding that each item contributes to a client's most significant moments. Lead your team with energy, motivation, and a solution-oriented attitude.
Dependability: Ensure every piece of furniture leaves our facility in the exact condition promised and returns fully accounted for. You and your team are the final quality check before anything arrives on-site.
