Minimum Requirements
- Must hold a current and active Apprentice Electrician License
- Meets SWECS minimum eligibility requirements for new hires
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites
- Excellent attendance and punctuality
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to maintain a minimum required tool list
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and job site environments
- Assist Journeyman Electricians and Foremen with installation of electrical systems
- Pull wire, install conduit, and support panel and device installation
- Maintain and organize materials, tools, and equipment on job sites
- Follow all company safety guidelines and OSHA standards
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and installation instructions as directed
- Ensure job site cleanliness and safety compliance
- Support project timelines through teamwork and accountability
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand, bend, climb ladders, and work at heights when required
- Comfortable working in commercial and industrial environments
