Key Responsibilities
- Schedule patient appointments
- Managing incoming and outgoing calls for providers
- Record and update information in patient files
- Coordinating laboratory and radiologic examinations
- Perform data entry and transcribe notes
- Taking medical histories and vitals
- Assisting provider during examinations and procedures
- Cleaning of exam rooms
- Managing incoming and outgoing calls for a business
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and comfortable transcribing notes in a busy environment
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Certified Medical Assistant or prior experience as a Medical Assistant
- Bilingual (Spanish and English)
