We’re hiring a Project Manager in Las Vegas, NV.
Southwest Door & Hardware is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Doors, Frames, and Hardware team. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced construction environment and knows how to keep projects moving from planning through closeout.
We’re looking for a professional who can confidently manage schedules, budgets, procurement, document control, and communication across multiple stakeholders while maintaining a high level of organization, accountability, and service.
Candidates with experience in doors, frames, and hardware or related specialty construction scopes are strongly encouraged to apply.
What we’re looking for:
- 2 years of project management experience in the construction industry
- Experience with doors, frames, and hardware
- Proficiency in Pro-Tech Titan, Pro-Tech V8, or similar software
- Experience using Bluebeam Revu, Procore, ACC Autodesk
- Familiarity with AI-based tools, including ChatGPT
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and contract documents
