Responsibilities and Duties:
- Provide top-tier customer service
- Make outbound calls
- Memorize phone scripts
- Respond to emergency alarms
- Live video monitoring
- Emergency phone monitoring
- Monitoring Residential and commercial properties
- Documentation skills
- Dispatch proper authorities (PD/FD/EMS)
- Sitting for long periods
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
Qualifications and skills:
- Clear, articulate, and professional telephone voice and etiquette

Requirement for this role:
- The ability to work holidays, weekends, and mandatory overtime - we're 24 x 7!
- High School Degree or equivalent
- Ability to type a minimum of 20WPM with 80% accuracy (will be tested)
- Clean criminal background β No Felonies
- Pass pre-employment drug screening

Pay: Starting at $15.50/hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule: 1st shift (5am - 1 pm), 2nd Shift (1pm-9pm)
This position requires the ability to work weekends, overtime, and, if necessary, fill in on other assigned shifts.
