Case Manager Supervisor - Durango Integrated Healthcare, Durango CO
Position Summary: The Case Manager Supervisor is responsible for developing, training, supporting, and advocating for the staff. Providing day to day supervision and support to the programing and staff assigned with a variety of supervisory techniques, scheduling techniques, and performance expectations to allow staff and the program meet their assigned performance measures. The supervisor will provide services to patients assigned to the program through assigned case load and back filling positions as needed. The duties of the supervisor will also include Outpatient Restoration educator support, training, and reporting and correspondence with the state program.
Our ideal candidate for our Case Manager Supervisor position will maintain a bachelor’s degree in one of the recognized mental health professions. Additionally, they will have a minimum 2-years supervisory experience.
- Additional Certifications: BLS
- Employee Health Requirements: Annual TB screening, annual FLU immunization,
- Must have current driver’s license and ability to be commercially insured and maintain a driving record that allows insurability with AHS commercial insurance agency.
- Advanced Microsoft computer skills required.
- Must provide exceptional customer service for internal and external parties.
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- High attention to detail is essential.
Additional eligibility requirements: Annual Flu immunization, Annual TB screening, BLS certification at hire.
Salary Range:
$24.63 and ranges up to $27.79 (which includes a $2.50 locale differential, education and certification modifiers).

Physical demands:
Employee must occasionally lift and/or move 15 pounds up to 50 pounds on an occasional basis. Employees are frequently required to walk, sit, stand or kneel and occasionally required to climb or balance and stoop. Must have ability to sit for longer periods at a computer. Employee must be able to travel between AHS locations. Possible potential exposure to communicable disease. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
