Southwest Center for Independence is now hiring for the following positions:
Veteran-Directed Care Specialist:
Provides support services to Veterans to ensure they obtain access to services and supports to live independently in the community, increase self-advocacy skills, and improve their quality of life.
This position involves spending approximately 80% of work hours providing direct community-based services to Veterans and is primarily in-person. This position involves frequent travel throughout our five-county region and in-person home visits.
This is a part-time, non-exempt position working 30 hours per week and pays $22.60/hour. Benefits include our generous holiday and PTO package and free EAP services. Please see the job description on our website at www.swindependence.org for more information.
