We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Online Banking Specialist to join our financial services team. This is an on-site role that provides exceptional customer service while assisting clients with their banking needs.
An example of a typical day:
- Troubleshoot customers’ online banking accounts, including assisting with login issues, password resets, and general access support.
- Build Business banking profiles, assist business customers with completing forms and create tokens.
- Assist customers with routine account-related requests such as funds transfers, automatic funds transfers (AFTs), stop payments, inquiries regarding bank deposit products and service charges, inquiries about ATM and debit card usage and limits, inquiries regarding checking and savings accounts transactions and funds availability.
- Perform customer requests regarding transaction research, check copies and statements.
Competency
- Attention to detail with the ability to properly document and create customer call notes the computer system using multiple screens of data.
- Competency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Adobe Acrobat.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- One to two years of experience in banking.
- Previous experience in a Customer Service setting.
