Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing used vehicles
- Greet customers promptly and provide a professional, helpful experience
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships before, during, and after the sale
- Follow up with internet leads, phone inquiries, walk-ins, and previous customers
- Stay informed on current used vehicle inventory, pricing, promotions, and finance options
- Present vehicle features, benefits, history, and value clearly to customers
- Conduct product demonstrations and vehicle walkarounds
- Assist customers with test drives and answer questions throughout the buying process
- Work closely with sales managers, finance managers, and service staff to complete deals efficiently
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up activity in the CRM system
- Prospect for new business through phone calls, texts, emails, referrals, and social media
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude
- Keep the sales lot organized, clean, and presentable
- Be a self-motivated, self-starter personality with a strong desire to succeed
- Continue learning about vehicles, sales processes, lender programs, and dealership procedures
Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales experience preferred, but not required
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Spanish speaking is preferred, but not required
