Southwest Boulder & Stone is a family owned and operated landscape rock and supply company based in Southern California, with retail locations in Fallbrook, Escondido, Pacific Beach, Chula Vista, Fullerton, Palm Springs, Indio and Gardena. We are looking for energetic, customer focused individuals to join our Palm Springs location.

Essential Job Functions:  

• Meet & Greet customers 
• Assist customers with product selection and sales 
• Load customer vehicles, checking for accuracy
• Weigh trucks when needed
• Coordinate yard upkeep with yard foreman
• Ensure proper tagging, weighing, and storage of products
• Ensure scales and yard areas are clean of debris
• Maintain tool cleanliness and product organization/visibility in yard
• Operate equipment as needed using checklist and safety measures
• Assist Drivers when needed
• Establish sales leads from customers
• Participate in progressive training on current and new product lines
• Complete product knowledge testing

• Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds 
• Prior forklift experience/certification a plus
• Ability to work rotational weekends 
• Operate forklifts
• Learn material within a successful timeline 
• Rotational weekends required
