Southwest Autism Center of Excellence is hiring full-time Behavior Technicians to support individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder of all ages across multiple programs and settings located in North Phoenix, Mesa, and Central Phoenix. - Adult day treatment and community-based programs
- Adult residential programs
- In-home ABA services
- School-based services
- Community and clinic-based programs
As a Behavior Technician, you’ll work under the supervision of a BCBA, using ABA and evidence-based practices to help individuals build independence and life skills. You will:
- Implement individualized behavior and treatment plans
- Support communication, social, daily living, and independent skills
- Facilitate one-on-one and group sessions
- Participate in community outings
- Collect data and collaborate with the clinical team
- 21 years of age or older
- High School Diploma/GED plus 2 years of relevant behavioral health experience
- Valid AZ driver’s license and Motor Vehicle clearance
- Ability to obtain a Fingerprint Clearance Card
- 3 weeks of PTO your 1st year of employment, with increased accruals after continued service!
