BDC Sales Agent

Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated BDC Sales Agent to join our automotive sales team! Duties

• Engage with potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and in-person interactions to generate interest in our vehicle inventory.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by qualifying leads and tracking customer interactions using CRM software supported by our technical systems.
• Assist customers in exploring automotive financing options, upselling additional features or services, and providing detailed product information.
• Coordinate with the sales team to schedule appointments, follow up on inquiries, and support deal closing efforts.
• Develop strong customer relationships through excellent phone etiquette, personalized communication, and attentive service to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Manage inventory control and assist with dealership inventory management to ensure availability aligns with customer demand.
• Support the sales team by providing administrative assistance such as organizing appointments, maintaining records, and preparing sales reports.

Experience

• Proven experience in outside sales or B2B (business-to-business) sales within the automotive industry or retail environment.
• Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets through effective negotiation and deal closing skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills in multiple languages (bilingual/multilingual) are highly desirable to connect with diverse customer bases.
• Prior dealership experience or automotive sales experience is preferred but not mandatory; a passion for cars and customer service is essential.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools to support outbound sales efforts and pipeline development.
• Ability to perform public speaking or client communication confidently during presentations or negotiations.
• Knowledge of automotive financing options, inventory management, retail math, and retail sales techniques will give you an edge in this role.

Pay: $15.00 per hour
