Job Description: Job Summary
Provides administrative and functional support for Leaders and People of the Customer Organization with Legendary Customer Service and professionalism. Supports Departments to enable efficiency, care, and development of our People. Builds strong working relationships with the Dept Ops Team, Leaders who are supported directly, and many other cross-functional Teams and individuals to accomplish these goals.

Responsibilities
Bring a can-do attitude and diligence to Department Operations’ goals of efficiency, cost savings, and anticipatory support
Assist Directors in utilizing their time and work effectively: run calendars and support meetings in a manner that effectively connects Directors to those who require their leadership and partnership
Partner with other Dept Ops Coordinators to work within a Centralized Model, rotating and sharing job duties such as payroll, travel arrangements, catering, onboarding, space and conference room maintenance and upgrades, corporate credit card oversight, expense reporting, equipment and supplies, etc.
Support and sometimes oversee internal communication such as department offsites and meetings, milestones celebrations, written information sharing, and the tools such as those in Office 365 which enable knowledge sharing
Support and serve as administrator toward department Cultural and developmental needs such as Gallup Strengths, training and development programs, team-building activities, and celebrations
Work with direct Leader to align on priorities, constructively address project work, and build personal development plans
May perform other job duties as directed by Employee’s Leaders
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Knowledge of administrative procedures and systems, such as Microsoft Office products, managing files and records, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology
Skilled in learning the needs of others and actively supporting colleagues from all levels of management and staff as well as outside clients and vendors
Ability to identify priorities, manage multiple tasks, and seek clarification when needed
Ability to treat confidential matters with sensitivity, and to maintain a high degree of integrity in conduct and attitude
Ability to show interpersonal skills, flexibility, organizational skills, verbal and written communication skills, and project coordination abilities Education
Required: High School Diploma or GED
Experience
Intermediate level experience, fully functioning broad knowledge in Administration
Preferred: Experience with the following tools/applications: Microsoft Office Suite, Quickbase, and Canva
Licensing/Certification
N/A
Physical Abilities
Ability to perform work duties from [limited space work station/desk/office area] for extended periods of time
Ability to lift and/or pull medium weight loads (approx. 25-50 lbs) on occasion
Ability to communicate and interact with others in the English language to meet the demands of the job
Ability to use a computer and other office productivity tools with sufficient speed and accuracy to meet the demands of the job
Other Qualifications
Must maintain a well-groomed appearance per Company appearance standards as described in established guidelines
Must be a U.S. citizen or have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must be able to comply with Company attendance standards as described in established guidelines
Pay & Benefits
Competitive market salary from $ 58,850 per year to $ 65,400 per year* depending on qualifications and experience. For eligible Leadership and individual contributor roles, additional bonus opportunities are available and awarded at the discretion of the company.
