This position has a base salary of $120,000 -$150,000.

Responsibilities include:
- Prepare and review complex individual, corporate, partnership, and trust tax returns
- Lead client engagements and maintain strong, ongoing client relationships
- Provide strategic tax planning and consulting for high-net-worth individuals and businesses
- Supervise, train, and mentor tax staff and seniors
- Research tax issues and present findings to clients and partners
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor in Accounting, Masters in tax a plus
- CPA license required
- 6 years of recent public accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong technical knowledge in individual, corporate, and partnership taxation
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience with tax research tools and tax preparation software
- Commitment to client service and collaborative team success
