At Southwend Spill the Beans Specialty Coffee Bar & Roastery, we’re more than just a coffee shop, we’re a third wave coffee destination where science chemistry & craftsmanship meets community. You will receive professional SCA Barista training and earn while you learn!
Qualifications
- Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality coffee beverages and food items with precision and flair.
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, adhering to food safety standards and regulations.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and helping with food preparation as needed.
- Demonstrate strong time management skills to handle busy periods while maintaining quality service.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and enthusiasm.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
Requirements:
- Must be available to work on weekends (Saturday and Sunday)
- Prior barista experience preferred
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented and reliable

Pay: $15.50 - $18.00 per hour
