Southwell Renovations LLC is looking for a dependable and motivated individual to join our remodeling crew. We work on residential remodeling and renovation projects, including drywall, painting, flooring, trim, demolition, framing, and general construction.
We are looking for someone who is willing to work, learn, stay productive, and take pride in doing quality work.
Responsibilities
- Assist with residential remodeling and renovation projects
- Drywall hanging, finishing, and repairs
- Interior and exterior painting
- Flooring installation
- Trim and finish carpentry
- Light framing and demolition
- Jobsite preparation and cleanup
- Load, unload, and organize tools and materials
- Safely operate hand and power tools
- Follow instructions and complete assigned tasks efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized jobsite
- Work well with other crew members
Qualifications
- Construction or remodeling experience is preferred but not required
- Willingness to learn different trades
- Dependable and able to show up to work on time
- Good work ethic and positive attitude
- Able to work independently and as part of a crew
- Able to lift and carry construction materials
- Comfortable working on ladders and in typical construction environments
- Must have reliable transportation to work
- Valid driver's license is preferred

Schedule
Monday through Friday
Occasional additional hours may be available depending on project schedules.
Pay
Pay is based on construction experience and skill level.

Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
