Job Overview
As a Class A Tanker Driver and operator, you will be responsible for the safe, efficient, and legally compliant servicing of our customers. Your role will involve conducting pre-post trip inspections on your truck, following all safety rules and regulations, and loading/unloading liquid waste from customer locations to a wastewater treatment facility. You must be someone who enjoys an active job, is comfortable using equipment on the truck to load/unload liquid waste, enjoys working independently but also thrives in building strong relationships. What You’ll Do
- Safely operate vacuum trucks and related equipment
- Collect and transport both liquid and solid waste, including industrial by-products and sewage
- Conduct daily inspections and perform routine maintenance on vehicles
- Ensure waste is disposed of properly and in compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
- Maintain professional conduct working with customers, fellow peers and the motoring public
- Maintain accurate records of waste collected, maintain driver electronic logs, and necessary documentation as required
- Other duties as assigned
- May require occasional overtime, weekends or holiday shifts as dictated by business needs

Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Valid Class CDL-A in the state of operation (Texas) with a TANKER endorsement
- 1 year of Tanker experience
- Must have a current DOT medical card
- Class A Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Must satisfy DOT background check and drug screen criteria.
- Able to read and speak English sufficiently is required.
- Ability to work overnight shift
- No more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years
- No more than 1 at-fault vehicle accident in the previous 5 years
- Ability to successfully complete a background check, including, but not limited to, verification of criminal history, employment history, and educational credentials.
- The ability to pass a drug screening will be subject to random drug tests during employment.
- Good roadside inspection history
- Ability to operate and troubleshoot vacuum trucks and related machinery.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
