Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Peachtree City, GA, for an Asset Manager at Southtree Commercial. The Asset Manager is a highly collaborative role serving as the critical bridge between Southtree Commercial Development and Southtree Commercial Property Management. The Asset Manager is the quarterback of the financial performance of all entities and executive of strategic business plans through collaboration with Property Management and Development team members.
An ideal candidate for this role thinks like an owner and not an operator, is proactive versus reactive, uses data but applies judgement to ensure we are maximizing an asset’s value, and can drive collaborative teams towards a common goal.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in asset management, project management, property management, finance, or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage operational budgets and familiarity with financial metrics.
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Skilled at leading a team of peers towards desired outcomes.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Comfortable in Excel and other Microsoft Suite.
- Highly motivated, process driven, and detail oriented.
