Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated semi, Tire Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and experience in tire service, including installation, alignment, and maintenance. This role requires physical stamina for heavy lifting and the ability to work with hand tools effectively.

Responsibilities

• Perform tire installations, rotations, and patching with precision and care.
• Conduct thorough inspections of tires to assess wear and damage.
• Provide tire-related services including balancing, patching, and repair.
• Utilize hand tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Assist with oil changes and other basic heavy duty services as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding tire options, recommendations, and services.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of service tasks.
• Maintain a clean service truck and equipment provided.

Qualifications

• Proven mechanical knowledge with experience in tire service or as a mechanic preferred.
• Familiarity with automotive diagnostics is a plus.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) regularly.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
