We are in the process of hiring a quality Supervisor to oversee our ever-growing team and help us keep a smooth and consistent workflow. The ideal candidate has experience with asphalt paving and construction, has the ability to operate equipment,is mechanically inclined, is a hands on leader, as well as strong critical thinking skills. The successful candidate will demonstrate initiative and a willingness to learn new skills.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the workers on job site.
- Plan and lead the daily activities of workers.
- Direct and coordinate the activities of workers.
- Review progress of a project and make necessary changes.
- Ensure that the work is completed according to specifications.
- Estimate and order materials.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
