Location: Franklin, Virginia
Southside Diabetes & Integrated Care (SSDIC) is a unique, privately owned, female-led medical practice that provides holistic primary care, mental health services, and bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT) to adults across Franklin, Suffolk, and surrounding areas.
We’re seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner (AGNP) with a passion for integrative, patient-centered care. Experience in hormone therapy or behavioral health is a plus, but training will be provided.
