About the Role:
As Child Care Director, you will oversee the daily operations of the center while embodying and upholding our Christian values. You’ll lead a team of dedicated educators and support staff, ensuring that both our curriculum and community reflect Biblical principles and high standards in early education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead with a servant heart, modeling Christian values in word, action, and attitude
- Manage day-to-day center operations in compliance with state licensing regulations
- Hire, support, and develop staff committed to the mission of Christ-centered education
- Partner with families, fostering open, faith-based communication and trust
- Support and enrich curriculum with age-appropriate Christian values and teachings
- Organize chapel times, spiritual growth opportunities, and faith-filled family events
- Oversee budgeting, enrollment, and administrative functions with integrity and transparency
- Encourage a safe, inclusive, and joyful environment rooted in God's love

Requirements:
- A High School Diploma with a minimum of 3 years full time experience in a licensed child care setting OR a college degree in Early Childhood Education
- Willingness to submit to a background check
- A current TB Test
- CPR/First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- Familiarity with licensing regulations and child development best practices
