Responsibilities
- Supervise daily maintenance operations, including mechanical, electrical, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), and plumbing systems.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans to optimize optimal operation of facility buildings.
- Lead troubleshooting efforts on an array of buildings using schematics, multimeters, and other diagnostic tools to identify root causes of issues.
- Manage projects related to facilities upgrades, equipment installations, or repairs with effective project management skills.
- Oversee the management of programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and low/high voltage systems to ensure safe and efficient operation..
- Ensure compliance with safety standards related to electrical work, high voltage systems, and industrial maintenance procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, work orders, and asset histories.
- Cooridnate with site managers to plan downtime for maintenance of facilities.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement by analyzing failure patterns and implementing corrective actions.
Experience
- Proven supervisory experience in facility maintenance.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in troubleshooting and repairing HVAC, plumbing and minor construction.
- Familiarity with schematics, electrical diagrams, and capentry.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, low voltage wiring, high voltage safety protocols, and facilities management practices.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent leadership skills combined with effective communication in English; ability to coordinate cross-functional activities.
- Prior experience working with carpentry, multimeters and plumbing experiance is highly desirable.
