Your Nurse Duties May Include...
- Administer meds & treatments
- Monitor patient vital signs - report any changes / abnormalities
- Assist w/ patient assessments & document findings in the EHR
- Collaborate w/ healthcare team to develop & implement individual care plans
- Patient education - disease management, med. admin., & self-care techniques
- Assist w/ BSL measures
- Coordinate case management activities
- Support ophthalmology procedures & provide post-operative care
- Accurately code procedures & services
