Assistant Director of Nursing

Southridge Rehab & Living Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Assistant Director of Nursing to join our team.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Assist the Director of Nursing with the daily operations of the nursing department
- Provide clinical leadership, guidance, and support to nursing staff
- Monitor resident care and ensure compliance with facility policies and regulatory requirements
- Assist with staff supervision, scheduling, education, and performance management
- Participate in care planning and quality assurance activities
- Support the development and implementation of effective nursing practices
- Respond to resident and family concerns and promote positive relationships
Qualified applicant will be organized with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Must hold current RN/LPN license in the State of Maine with a minimum two years management/leadership experience. Long term and Acute/Rehab experience is preferred.

Starting pay (based on experience):
$35-$42.66/hr LPN
$40-$48.76/hr RN
