We're looking for one team member to round out our Bolivia team! We’re known for our friendliness and outstanding customer service, so looking for baristas to match that energy and mesh well with the dynamic of the team. Though Bolivia is the home base of this position, we expect flexibility from all of our team members to be willing to work locations beyond their "base" location if needed (ie-the two locations in Southport).
This location is a drive-thru coffee hut, with some seating as a few picnic tables by the walkup window. We started food service recently (limited menu - breakfast items) and all baristas are expected to train for the food prep as well. We may begin a small selection of lunch items soon as well.
Due to potential solo shifts, applicants should be at least 18 years of age.

Compensation stated includes hourly pay plus daily tip share…..you must be able to make and keep a four-month commitment for the guarantee. At that time, if your hourly average hasn’t reached/exceeded $18/hour ($16/hour until successful training period has been completed), we’ll make up the difference in your next check.
