Employee Retention Bonus:
Earn an additional $2 per hour worked from October 2026 through September 2027. The accumulated bonus will be paid as a lump-sum retention bonus in October 2027, provided you remain employed through the applicable eligibility.
Looking for one-two more people for 15-38 hours/wk to join our team! This position will be trained to do it all - from back of the house duties like sandwich line and food prep to front of the house duties like barista, gift shop assistance and register…..and everything in between!
Excellent customer service (eye contact, smile, general friendliness….) is absolutely essential. Flexibility is important, with a willingness to work either of our other Coffee Co locations (Southport hut and Bolivia hut) as needed.
If you’re friendly, a fast learner, quick on your feet and energetic, you’ve got potential to be a great fit for our team. We aren’t open late-night, so you’ll get a great schedule with your nights to yourself. Must be available weekends (including Sundays) and holidays. Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
There’s quick opportunity for advancement to a leadership position (ie-Shift Lead) for the right motivated person. Leadership experience is nice but definitely not a must if you come in with the right energy, ambition and work ethic. Must be a team player as our team is amazing.
Multitasking and working well under pressure is a must. Must have own (reliable) transportation.
Friendliness, reliability, honesty and consistently positive attitude are expected. We pride ourselves on an upbeat workplace that’s nice to come to each day. Must deal well with stressful situations and stay calm and productive (and friendly!) under pressure.
Compensation includes a combination of hourly wage and tip share, with a guarantee that your hourly average will reach or exceed $18/hour or we’ll make up the difference. Must be able to commit to a minimum of four months, which is when any remaining amount of the guarantee would be paid out; ideally, however, this would be a long-term position for someone.
