We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Captain, Divemaster, and Scuba Instructor to lead our underwater adventure team. Responsibilities
- Lead guided dives, ensuring all activities adhere to established safety procedures and environmental guidelines
- Conduct comprehensive briefings for divers on dive plans, safety measures, and equipment usage
- Manage dive equipment setup, maintenance, and rigging to guarantee optimal performance and safety standards
- Supervise dive operations, including coordinating logistics and managing crew members to ensure smooth execution
- Provide instruction and mentorship to beginner and advanced divers, fostering skill development and confidence
- Enforce safety protocols rigorously during all diving activities, responding swiftly to any emergencies or incidents
- Maintain detailed records of dives, equipment inspections, certifications, and incident reports
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Captain overseeing boat operations in a marine environment with strong management skills
- Certified Divemaster or Scuba Instructor with recognized industry credentials (e.g., PADI, SSI)
- Mechanical knowledge related to dive equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
- Experience with rigging techniques for securing gear and managing vessel operations
- Background in military service preferred for discipline, leadership, and tactical skills
