Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Assistant, based in Baton Rouge, LA. In this position, the Assistant will perform a variety of administrative, organizational, and communication tasks to support the team. Responsibilities include managing schedules, handling correspondence, maintaining records, preparing reports, coordinating meetings, and assisting with day-to-day office operations. The role may include occasional work from home, while primarily requiring presence in the Baton Rouge office.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with an ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in administrative tasks, including data entry, scheduling, and document preparation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with maintaining digital records.
