JOB DESCRIPTION

As an Outside Parts Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and enhancing relationships with existing clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Developing new customer relationships through strategic cold calling and networking within your designated territory.
• Strengthening existing customer accounts by fostering long-term business relationships and identifying opportunities for increased sales.
• Participating in all company-mandated training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Meeting pre-established sales goals and objectives.
• Upholding company standards and values in all customer interactions.
• Passing a pre-employment drug screening and maintaining a clean driving record as a requirement of the role.

Qualifications

• 1-2 year of sales experience; or a degree from an accredited 4-year university; or a combination of education and experience
• Excellent communication skills required
• Must have a valid Driver License
• Previous experience in the transportation industry is advantageous but not required.
