Job Description:
· Direct and assist incoming phone calls in a timely manner.
· Use various dealership software programs for input and retrieval of information.
· Manage accounts payable, prepare invoices and statements.
· Handle reconciliation daily and make monthly adjustments.
· Oversee delivery of deposits to the bank, post office, and FedEx drop offs.
· Responsible for cash inventory and accounts receivables payments.
· Issue purchase orders to vendors.
· Manage account payables and account receivables reference checks.
· Assist HR in candidate application, onboarding process and workers compensation paperwork.
· Maintain retention records.
· Plan and oversee customer and employee events.
· Performs other duties as assigned.
· Maintain high ethical standards in all actions.
· Always maintains a professional appearance.
Job Requirement:
· High school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred.
· Minimum of two years of experience as an administrative or office manager.
· Knowledge of basic mathematical principles and applications.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Proficiency in MS Office.
· Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
· Attention to detail to ensure tasks are completed thoroughly and accurately.
· Must be able to work and lead in a cooperative manner with team, management, supervisors, and customers.
