Position Summary:
The Safety Manager leads and supports site safety programs and field compliance efforts across active construction projects, working closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, Foremen, and crews to ensure work is executed safely and in line with company standards, client requirements, and regulatory expectations. This role owns site-level safety leadership, with a focus on identifying risk early, driving corrective action, and building a strong jobsite safety culture.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of safety experience in construction required
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Construction Management, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience
- CHST certification preferred
- Strong working knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety standards
- Hands-on experience with Job Hazard Analyses, risk assessments, and incident investigations
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred
- Valid driver's license required
- Ability to travel between project sites as needed
