Sales Associate

Southland RV is a family owned and operated RV business currently seeking a Sales position for our growing location in LaGrange, GA.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers while following our internal sales process
• Commit to manufacturer and in house training about our products and processes
• Work with the Sales Manager, Finance Manager, Service and Parts teams to meet and exceed our customers needs and expectations during and after the sales process
• Follow up with customers efficiently through the dealership CRM. Willingness to engage with new customer leads after hours in the evening and on weekends on the given window of time.
• Learn our finance process and effectively communicate our finance program to customers
• Close sales effectively working with the Sales and Finance Managers
• Maintain a relationship with the sales staff and Managers at other locations to promote cross store sales
• Stay up to date with the RV industry and trends
• Attend RV shows and off-site events as needed
• 2 years of automotive/RV sales required.

• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
• Must have strong computer & technology skills
• Successful sales track record of managing customer relationships
• Proven ability to work independently
• Ability to multi task in a fast paced environment
• Reliable with a strong work ethic
• Willingness to learn and promote our products and sales processes as well as be capable of effectively sharing and encouraging the same with their team members
• A minimum of 2 years of professional sales experience preferably in the RV industry
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license

Days and Hours

• Store hours are Tuesday through Saturday, 9AM - 5PM.
• Shows and off-site events as needed
