The Southland Regional Association of REALTORS® (SRAR) is seeking an enthusiastic, relationship-focused professional to join our team as an Education & Member Outreach Administrator. This position plays a key role in enhancing the member experience by coordinating educational programs and building strong relationships with our REALTOR® members, brokers, and offices throughout the San Fernando and Santa Clarita Valleys.
The ideal candidate is organized, personable, and passionate about customer service. Responsibilities include coordinating educational offerings, conducting broker office visits, promoting Association programs and benefits, gathering member feedback, and collaborating with staff to develop meaningful member engagement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
- Strong organizational and communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable presenting to groups and conducting office visits
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Valid California driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and current automobile insurance required for local travel
Compensation & Benefits
- $64,000–$66,000 annual salary (DOE)
