Responsibilities
- Provide individualized speech therapy to children with a wide range of communication challenges
- Conduct speech-language evaluations and create personalized treatment plans
- Set meaningful goals and deliver evidence-based interventions
- Collaborate with families, educators, and healthcare professionals
- Document progress and adjust plans as clinically appropriate
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and eligibility for ASHA CFY
- Strong clinical reasoning and evaluation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to work independently while receiving ongoing supervision
- Commitment to professional growth and continuing education
