Job description:
Our staffing team is looking for an On-Site Coordinator to help coordinate staff and personnel activities at the client location in Columbus OH
Shift: Monday-Friday
Pay: $19 hr/Weekly Pay
Duties Include:
Take attendance daily, making sure that production lines are fully staffed.
Help backfill missing staff if required by Supervisors
Recruit and hire staff that meet client requirements
Help ensure safety rules and procedures are being followed and explained
Communicate daily with the Corporate office
Provide excellent Customer Service to Clients and employees.
Use Software tools such as MS Excel, Word, Outlook
Requirements:
Must speak English and Spanish
Must have reliable transportation
Must be dependable
Previous experience working in a Customer Service role required
Must be comfortable working in a warehouse environment, walking, standing on feet for more than 50% of the workday required. This is not a 100% desk job.
