Embroidery Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Embroidery Specialist to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating high-quality embroidered designs on a variety of fabrics and materials, ensuring precision and consistency in every stitch. Your expertise will help elevate our products’ aesthetic appeal and meet the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate industrial embroidery machines with precision, ensuring accurate placement and stitching of designs on diverse fabric materials.
• Measure fabric and garment dimensions accurately using measuring instruments to guarantee proper alignment of embroidery patterns.
• Follow detailed design specifications and ensure embroidery meets established quality standards in production.
• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of sewing machines, embroidery equipment, serging, and other machinery to ensure optimal performance.

Skills

• Proficiency in operating industrial sewing machines, embroidery machines, serging, and sewing machines for various applications.
• Strong understanding of measuring instruments for accurate placement and dimensional measurements.
• Knowledge of fabric materials, upholstery techniques, and garment sewing processes.
• Experience with manual cutting (fabric cutting) and materials handling to prepare textiles for embroidery.
• Familiarity with safety standards in production environments to maintain a safe working space.

Pay: $23.22 - $27.97 per hour
