Position Summary:
The Customer Service Coordinator plays a key role in supporting daily operations by coordinating installer schedules, managing material deliveries, and ensuring smooth communication between customers, installers, and internal teams.
- Pay rate: $17-18/hr
- Schedule: Monday-Friday
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule installers for job assignments, material drop-offs, and installations
- Coordinate and track delivery timelines to ensure on-time service
- Communicate with customers to confirm appointments and provide updates
- Support logistics and routing for installers and deliveries
- Assist with order tracking and resolve scheduling conflicts as needed
- Maintain accurate records and update systems accordingly
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service or coordination experience preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills and ability to manage scheduling systems
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
