Job descriptionCNC Machinist Job DescriptionJob SummaryWe are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating CNC machinery, with the ability to read blueprints and fabricate parts according to specifications. This role requires mechanical knowledge and familiarity with various CNC programming languages, including Mazatrol and Fanuc. The CNC Machinist will be responsible for ensuring high-quality production while adhering to lean manufacturing principles.ResponsibilitiesOperate CNC machines, including setting up and adjusting tools as needed.Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to fabricate components accurately.Utilize coordinate measuring machines (CMM) to inspect finished products for quality assurance.Perform routine maintenance on CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance.Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve processes and efficiency.Implement lean manufacturing techniques to minimize waste and enhance productivity.Use bore gauges and other measuring tools to verify dimensions of machined parts.Safely operate forklifts for the movement of materials within the facility.RequirementsProven experience as a CNC Machinist or similar role in a manufacturing environment.Proficiency in operating Mazatrol and Fanuc CNC systems is preferred.Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles is an advantage.Experience using coordinate measuring machines (Calipers, Depth, Micrometers, height gages etc.Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately.Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory.Attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to quality work.Join our team as a CNC Machinist where you can utilize your skills in a dynamic environment while contributing to high-quality manufacturing processes.Job Types: Full-time, TemporaryPay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekExperience: CNC programming: 3 years (Required) Language: English (Required) Shift availability: Night Shift (Preferred) Ability to Commute: Buena Park, CA 90624 (Required) Ability to Relocate: Buena Park, CA 90624: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In personCompany DescriptionWe are a National Staffing and Recruiting firm that serves a variety of industries.
