Duties and Responsibilities
- Assists with building wood and metal forms
- Assists with erection and wrecking of all forms
- Assists with setting and tying steel
- Assists with pouring and finishing concrete
- Knowledge of use of hand/power tools
- Comply with Southland’s Safety Policies and Procedures
- Must be able to climb, bend, stoop, kneel, lift overhead, and work from heights
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Must be able to pass a drug screen
- Able to handle physically strenuous and demanding conditions
- Prepared to work in all types of weather conditions including extreme heat and cold
