What will you do?
- Reconcile charges and payments, input sales from multiple systems, balance accounts, review deposits, and complete all required shift‑closing reports
- Support guest satisfaction by scheduling services and wake‑up calls, reporting maintenance and technology issues, and responding to emergencies according to protocol
- Understand guest folios and adjust as needed while accurately quoting rates, making reservations, posting charges, and monitoring credit limits
- Demonstrate proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Suite, Versa PMS, Salto Key Systems, HotSOS, Duetto Loyalty, Oasis Loyalty, and other approved applications
- Manage front desk and housekeeping communication by answering calls promptly, recording requests, delivering supplies, and assisting with room readiness tasks
- Stay informed on group activities, document and report unusual occurrences, troubleshoot basic system errors, and ensure accurate, timely documentation throughout the shift
More about you
- Limited night agent experience required; previous hotel front desk or housekeeping experience preferred
- Customer service experience is required
- Ability to work without direct supervision
- Microsoft Office Suite experience is a big plus
- Good interpersonal communication skills in person and by phone
