Southlake Orthopaedics, a premier Orthopaedic practice with two Birmingham locations, is recruiting X-ray Technologists!
Responsibilities
- Triage patients
- Preform outpatient orthopaedic x-rays
- Assist in wound care of patients
- Importing images, create office notes, and billing in EHR
- Help maintain cleanliness of work environment
Experience
- Healthcare field and medical specialty
- Medical terminology
- Knowledge of EHRs
- Orthopaedics experience (preferred but not required
- Exceptional customer service and phone etiquette
- Ability to maintain effective and organized systems to ensure timely patient flow
Education
- Minimum of 2-year associates degree in Radiology
- Current RT (R) license preferred
