Experienced technicians are preferred, but we are willing to train motivated individuals with a strong work ethic and a desire to build a career in the automotive industry.
What You'll Do
- Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and multi-point inspections
- Replace air filters, wiper blades, batteries, and light bulbs
- Mount, balance, and repair tires
- Perform routine maintenance services according to manufacturer guidelines
- Recommend additional maintenance needs based on vehicle inspections
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Provide exceptional customer service while working efficiently
Qualifications
- Previous lube technician or Quick Lane experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate
- Basic automotive knowledge and mechanical aptitude
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
