Overview
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our skilled nursing healthcare team. Duties
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs and physical examinations
- Administer medications and injections following established protocols
- Perform venipuncture and IV insertions with precision and adherence to safety standards
- Document all patient interactions accurately using EMR/EHR systems in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Monitor patients’ physiological status and respond promptly to changes in condition
- Assist with procedures in various departments such as OR, PICU, ER, or clinics depending on specialization
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Educate patients and families on health management, medication use, and post-discharge instructions
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure confidentiality of patient information
- Adhere to infection control protocols and safety guidelines across all settings
Skills
- Proven experience in Level I Trauma Centers, Level II Trauma Centers, or emergency medicine environments such as ER or urgent care
- Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, medical terminology, and nursing practices
- Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems for documentation and patient record management
- Skilled in patient assessment, vital signs monitoring, medication administration, and basic life support (BLS)
- Experience with IV insertion, venipuncture, injections, and other invasive procedures
- Familiarity with hospital medicine, outpatient clinics, inpatient units, Geriatrics, PICU, OR settings, or post-acute care environments
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in fast-paced settings such as emergency rooms or trauma centers
- Excellent communication skills for effective patient interaction and team collaboration
- Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and medical records management

Pay: $30.00 - $44.00 per hour
