Responsibilities

• Host and facilitate trivia games with energy and enthusiasm, ensuring all participants are engaged and having fun
• Explain game rules clearly and answer questions from participants to ensure smooth gameplay
• Manage guest interactions professionally, resolving conflicts or misunderstandings promptly and effectively
• Assist with setting up event venues, including manual handling of equipment and materials needed for each session
• Promote upcoming events and encourage guest participation to boost attendance and overall guest satisfaction

Qualifications

• Experience in public speaking or theater to confidently engage audiences of varying sizes
• Strong conflict management skills to handle disputes or disruptions diplomatically
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
• Ability to lift heavy equipment safely during setup or breakdown processes
• Experience in food service or guest services roles is a plus
