Southgate Ford is searching for a Selling Pre-Owned Vehicle Assistant Sales Manager to support our Pre-Owned Vehicle Department.
We're looking for an energetic, technologically savvy professional with a proven sales track record who has knowledge of vehicle valuations.
The Assistant Pre-Owned Vehicle Manager will be responsible for:
- Selling pre-owned vehicles (this will comprise the majority of the individual’s time & compensation);
- Assisting in appraising potential trade-ins;
- Assisting in training of the pre-owned sales staff;
- Assisting in Certifying pre-owned vehicles;
- Assist in merchandising lot inventory;
- Assisting with digital advertising and promotion.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum 3 years of experience working in a pre-owned department;
- Minimum 1 year appraising vehicles;
- Strong organizational skills, the ability to multi-task, and can manage his/her time to meet frequently changing deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
- Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress;
- Proficient user of vAuto is a PLUS.
